KOBE accommodated this inconvenience and gave my son 3 brainrots that my son was happy with and for the value of what i initially paid for. KOBE did his best to still give us great customer service and did the right thing as opposed to accepting a refund. Now, we are all satisfied.

So I had though I was making profit from making this order, little did I know it was all one big scam… I ordered the brainrot I started a chat, I gave him my order number and he said “come back tommrow, we are out of stock”. No big deal I can wait until tommrow, so I did.. I come back the next day and he says “sir wait until tommrow.. I get a little frustrated BUT this has been going on for the last week and a half.. now I’m fed up, as of just a few days ago I could not wait any longer, I wanted my money back so I requested a refund, want to know what they did… they decided to not only not give me a refund BUT they prohibited me from using the live chat (essentially blocking me from using it) THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU DO NOT BUY PLEASE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
