Great Turnaround time
Great Turnaround… Right after a Holiday…The turnaround time is expensive but it was delivered on time…great! The inside packing or labels need some work… Other than pulling all the shirts out, you can not determine the youth from adult… The t-shirts (youth medium—adult small) are really the same size (adult small is longer).

Digital (Vinyl) Print Without Consultation
The art team made a unilateral decision to use a digital (vinyl) print for our shirt order instead of a screen print without consulting us about our preference (and there was nowhere on the order form asking for our preference). All our previous orders were screen printed, so I was unaware that a digital print was even an option. But I was very disappointed when I opened my order and discovered the digital print because it makes the quality / feel of the shirts so much worse. When I reached out to customer service about it, they said that they could reprint the shirts if we paid (again) half of what our original order was (their policy for orders messed up by the client rather than the company), so we had to pass because that would put the per-shirt cost out of our price range. This repeat customer will be looking for a new shirt company.

The artwork turned out good
The artwork turned out good. There were some miss communication between the sales team when I placed the order. Also they didn't arrive as soon as they said they would.

Everything was good but the printing
T-shirts came on time and in the right color and sizes. The design process was simple and streamlined. Decent value for the product. However, the printing itself felt cheap. Rather than a screenprint, the image on the T-shirt looked like it was ironed on. It was plastic-y and stiff. I can't imagine ever wearing this shirt again.

I had the best experience with BlueCotton from order to fulfillment! They made sure I was taken care of and that everything was perfect. They truly provide a quality product! They even assisted me with a refund after a technical issue (Not their fault) when ordering! I've already submitted a reorder!
