While installing my 14' x 16' gazebo, Fernando and his colleague were on time, professional, and amazingly quick. The whole job was completed in under 3 hours. Hubby and I were very pleased with the outcome.

Horrible service and totally unprofessional

I engaged this firm to assemble and install a pergola with screens, and the service provided has been wholly unacceptable. The crew they sent performed a poor and incomplete job, leaving the site without completing the installation. They misled me, failed to tighten bolts, ignored the instruction manual, did not anchor posts, did not check for alignment, and damaged the screens in the process. This firm has no qualified employees, relying entirely on untrained subcontractors who lack the necessary skills. The owners themselves are rude, unprofessional, verbally threatening, and show no accountability to correct their mistakes or ensure proper installation. My experience has been extremely negative, causing more than four weeks of delays and multiple escalations. I would strongly advise against contracting their services under any circumstances.
