Customer service makes or breaks a company
Neil and Justin with Blusky deserve raises for helping out hundreds of users with a rushed launched to their dash. Nothing was their fault but they were very communitive and helped out any way they could. I will continue using the service only thanks to these two.
I was selected as a Beta tester for the new Dash and it lasted all of 3 days before it was rushed out. Horrible move by whoever decided this.

Great platform. Pretty buggy right now with the new dashboard implementation but support is awesome. Generally quick to respond. Huge shoutout to Neil on the support team for being such a huge help, knowing his stuff, and keeping everything straightforward

This is the best Prop Firm out today! The Instant Funded accounts are the best! It lets you get funded faster and cheaper than paying for a bunch of EVALS! Love this Company! The customer Service it the best in the business!

This is hands down one of the best prop firms for customer service, and long term stability. I had an issue with a tradeovate glitch in phase 2 of my funded account. Without hassle Kevin from support reset the account. Their system to move to a real live account with over 5 figures in it is quick and has the best EOD drawdown and static drawdown in the game. Thank you BluSky for being the best out there right now!

At first i really loved blu sky, i think its a great option if youre a beginner trader, but after this catastrophe just stay away. I got up to sim funded and had to do a brokerage evaluation, they came back and told me that i have to go through sim funded again and when i meet the requirements i need to do another brokerage review. That’s fine i didnt mind cause i was able to get payouts. Then all of a sudden i go to trade one day and my order is rejecting. So i reach out to customer service. Amazing customer service, Neil is your guy (until you move to live)… he reaches out to the risk team and then i get an email “congrats you got moved up to live”. At this point I’m a little annoyed because you just told me something different but whatever, i email back with the needed info and ask the turnaround time for this i was told 5 business days, this was on January 15th. I’m like that’s a bit annoying because this is how i make my income but whatever. So i get papers to sign from the broker on 01/20 sign them within two hours. I ask for an update on when i should expect an email because no one is being communicative, they say 5 business days from when i SIGNED the papers. At this point im very annoyed because everyone is telling me different stuff. I have emailed them on Monday 1/26 and 1/29 because i still have not received anything at this point even though its WAY past the time frame. Everyone just keeps replying that they reached out to the broker which is tradeovate and as soon as they respond they will let me know. It’s is now Friday 1/31 and i still haven’t gotten an update, any info on my acct, despite being told multiple times that it should be ready really soon… i even ask for a sim funded acct in the meantime that way i can still trade and they basically said no. I am so over it I’ve missed the market the entire 2nd half of January even though i wasn’t even supposed to be live !!! I’ve missed out on so many opportunities to generate income, and get better at trading in general all because of them. I will never get another blue sky and i highly recommend yall dont either
