Amazon has spoiled us all...I'm not used to paying for shipping. When I saw that pop up...I hesitated before placing my order

Ordering was easy and I love the explanation and descriptions of scents on the products. I can't wait to try them out. I have three dogs and constantly mopping and cleaning with vinegar and want it to smell better!

I will say the ordering process is really easy. The thing that made me only do 4 instead of 5 stars was the only bring able to buy a monthly subscription. I'm not a fan of automatically having to do that especially when I'm just trying the product for the first time

Signing up with Email/Phone
When I signed up for email and text, I did not receive emails or texts nor the discount code associated with that. But I am very excited to try the product. I was able to figure out the discount information, but it took several tries to do so.
