The company is a scam. They had me upload a design and gave a quote. They charged the quoted amount to my credit card to review design. Once I reviewed the design, it was back only simple text not the front image I uploaded. I attempted to correct it with them. And they raised my rates 2 more times without any alterations to the original design and no work done on their part. When I said I did not want to proceed as I did not have trust in their company post these communications and continual raising of quote without any change to the original design I uploaded, they charged me a $15 fee. Their reply below says it all. Any ethical and professional company would have apologized for the mistake in their part and either honored the original quote or refunded the money. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Pricing is based on the design and print details submitted, so if those change during the proofing process, the price may update automatically. Hi, We received our uniform order today, but unfortunately it does not match the specifications we approved. There are two major issues: 1. The shirt color is incorrect. We ordered Dark True Navy, but the shirts we received are a much lighter blue/gray color. 2. The embroidered logo is different from our original logo. The thread colors, proportions, and overall appearance are not consistent with our existing uniforms and brand. I’ve attached photos comparing the new shirts with our current uniforms. We understand there can be slight color variations, but this is not a minor variation. The shirt color is clearly different from Dark True Navy, and the logo colors are also different from the approved version. Unfortunately, these shirts are not what we ordered, so we cannot distribute them to our staff. Could you please let us know how this can be corrected? We would like the shirts remade using the correct Dark True Navy color and the original logo that we approved. Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt response.
