Very happy with Bonvu

Bonvu has taken care of several shipments for my company. And I am very statisfied. Not only simpel shipments, but also a second hand rubber press I bought on Ebay USA. Not a light weight kind of thing, and not easy to pack. It went smooth! This week for the first time they did a pick-up for me. I was a bit hesitant, but again it went very smooth. I am very happy with Bonvu. For me as a Dutch buyer, it is sometimes difficult to get certain goods in the Netherlands. Several American companies don't export. I let them sent it to Bonvu, and have no problems with importing at all

I have used Bonvu´s services several times in the past six months, and would not hesitate to recommend them. They provide international package forwarding at reasonable prices. I really like bonvu. I heard of bonvu from my friends. When i needed to buy something from the USA and then ship it to Europe i used bonvu to ship the package. They were very kind and there customer service responded very quick when i didnt fully understand how it worked. They even send my package before they received the money for the shipping because they "trust me". i am really looking forward towards my package. :)

Had a great experience with Bonvu

Had a great experience with Bonvu. Delivery of my 56 x 21 x 10 inches package with a weight of 104 lbs. extreme quickly in Germany. Excellent, nice and quick customer service! Good price! They were the only freight forwarder who would help me with a flash sale even on the weekend. Wasn‘t necessary as I could place the order by myself, but that was extraordinary 👍🏻! Highly recommend!

D: Sowohl Kontaktaufnahme als auch die spätere Sendung (mehrere Einzelsendungen wurden super gut zu einem Paket gepackt) verliefen tadellos. Absolute Empfehlung und definitiv werde ich mir mit bonvu noch mehr Pakete aus der USA liefern lassen. En: Both contact and the subsequent shipment (several individual shipments were packed super well into one package) went flawlessly. Absolute recommendation and definitely I will have more packages delivered from the USA with bonvu.

DEUTSCH Habe den Service von Bonvu nun 2 mal genutzt (Warenwert 220$) und kann diesen nur weiter empfehlen! Schnelle Bearbeitungszeit, ausführliche Beschreibung des aktuellen Status und falls Fragen aufkommen antworten der Support ebenfalls sehr zügig. Bei Amazon (USA) bestellt -> liefern lassen zu Bonvu (Texas) -> neu Verpacken lassen -> Versender ausgewählt (FedEx) -> FERTIG! Etwaige Rechnungen für Zoll liegen der Sendung bei und ermöglichen eine schnelle Zollabfertigung. Die Gebühren seitens Bonvu sind meiner Meinung nach absolut in Ordnung, wenn nicht sogar zu niedrig (circa 8-10$). Für eine Sendung von Texas (USA) nach Thüringen (DE) habe ich bei FedEx insgesamt 40€ bezahlt und mein Paket ist binnen 2 Tagen bei mir eingetroffen! War selbst darüber erstaunt, wie schnell das Paket bei mir angekommen war. Werde Bonvu auf jeden Fall weiterhin nutzen. ENGLISCH Have used the service from Bonvu now 2 times (value of goods 220$) and can only recommend it! Fast processing time, detailed description of the current status and if questions arise, the support also respond very quickly. Ordered from Amazon (USA) -> delivered to Bonvu (Texas) -> repackaged -> selected shipper (FedEx) -> DONE! Any invoices for customs are included with the shipment and allow for quick customs clearance. The fees from Bonvu are in my opinion absolutely ok, if not too low (circa 8-10$). For a shipment from Texas (USA) to Thuringia (DE) I paid FedEx a total of 40€ and my package arrived within 2 days! I was amazed at how fast the package arrived. Will definitely continue to use Bonvu.
