I was not told the whole truth. 2 creditors were not added to my account. Chris Reyes told me that I could add the accounts later. Someone from Americor told me the truth that they did not deal with those 2 loan companies.
Hi Cindy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when there is confusion about which creditors can be included in a debt resolution program. While eligibility for certain creditors may be subject to specific program guidelines, we always strive to provide clear and accurate information throughout the enrollment process. Your comments are important to us, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to review your experience and address any concerns. Please reach out to our Client Success team so we can look into your account and work toward a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I received excellent customer service from Advisor, Tim Regan. He was personable, friendly, very professional, explaining in great detail all which was pertinent in setting up my account. He helped in transferring from my present insufficient credit program, in which I was involved. He made the transfer smooth, answering my concerns, reassured me giving me confidence Boostify would be able to handle my account in a timely manner with the outcome to my satisfaction. Boostify should consider themselves fortunate to have such a valuable team member as Tim Regan.

Saul Flores was very kind about explaining how much of a debt slave I've become... again. And was very honest and transparent about having to tank my credit rating creditworthiness for awhile in order to get the debt millstone off from around mty neck. This is the second time I'm trying a program like this... I bailed the first time because I felt like I'd been hustled by a used car salesman. I hope I can do it this time, this feels like rehab, and it is - because I slipped into debt addiction again. Thank you, Saul, for throwing me a lifeline.
