To much monthly payments. First when I started was $9.99 now &23.99. And we don’t use it just we kept it.

Good morning. I used to make calls exclusively through the app; it was easy and gave me peace of mind. One day, for no apparent reason, I could no longer make calls that way. I called customer service several times without success; the only workaround I found was making calls directly from the phone's dialer. This has left me very dissatisfied, and I am only continuing to use the service until my remaining credit runs out—I won't be using BOSS for my calls anymore.
