A promotion from Boss Revolution came through my cell phone read Add $10.00, get $5.00. I jump at the offer and ordered the $10.00. When I looked at my bank statement, Boss Revolution charged my account $15.00. I called customer service and requested a refund of the $5.00. Instead of refunding me, Boss Revolution took away $7.67 from my account balance. I went from $21.61 to $13.97. They took refunded $5.00 and charged me $2.67 for the refund. So the promotion was fake and I lost $2.67 that Boss Revolution gained. That is scamming the customers.

Your app set up automatically to send money or top up phone monthly without pressing okay, this never use to happen. This is entrapment, people have to pay attention to that. I had to cancel 3 automatic monthly payment that I did not authorized. Look into that please.
