not only do they discriminate. support is so lacking and horrible, if you ever have to deal with support it takes 3 days to get a human response. ai will answer you and 3 days later they apologize for the misinformation. they tell you the way they see it as in making up their own rules. i have multiple screen shots of this. because that's how bad it is

On language: English is currently the only supported language in site chat because our moderation team needs to be able to read messages to prevent abuse and rule violations, and our moderation staff and userbase are primarily English-speaking. It's a moderation capacity limitation, not a policy directed at any language or nationality group. On response time: our automated Help Bot answers first and a team member follows up after. In this case the bot's initial replies didn't reflect our actual chat-language policy, and that was corrected once a team member reviewed the ticket. We don't consider that "making up rules" — it was outdated information in the bot's responses being corrected with the accurate policy. Boxed.gg is fantastic and does exactly what they say they do in their ads. You get to draw cards and can get the ones you want sent to you. Sure you have to spend money, but you'd be spending more at your LGS for your rip thrill anyway!

Really Decent overall/Unfortunate Practices
So mostly it hasn't been that bad. Its fun getting the cards. My main complaint is related to the gem Missions/ I appreciate that they are there as a means for me to get gems. I even found some decent services through it. but so much of it is junk. And by now I have had a few missions not work or be recognize adding up to thousands of gems. I showed indisputable proof. the affiliate and them both said it was the other's fault. Thing is to remember this isn't free shit favors they they are giving us. It is our time, It is our data they are profiting off of. They should uphold their end of the bargain. I want to give it higher than a two because they have been helpful otherwise and it is very cool better than many other similar services in some ways. but this sort of behavior is not cool. The rewards are great they bring people in they are great for low income players like myself, but remember it is a transaction, and the companies should hold up their end and not shirk it off.
