What people say
Good experience
Brakes I ordered were well packaged and arrived when I was informed they would. All parts ordered were in the box, i.e. no surprises. I will order from Brembo again when brake parts are needed for my other vehicles.

Brembo Team did a good job
Brembo had the disks I needed and the quality looks great, which is what I would have expected. Rear pads were not in stock but not surprised because my car is 17 years old. Brembo will notify me once pads are available.

I ordered brake pads May 13th and receveid them around may 20th. So i have been using the front brake pads for about 4 months and the shims or the holder for the brake pads are sliding off. I need someone to contact me in regards to this.

There are no pads on the order 71748 but we did find that you purchased pads from a verified Brembo Vendor. They will reach out shortly.
Quality products
Brembo brakes have what the cheap ones don't have... quality. They last and no squeking sound. I rather pay extra than redo the work

Haven’t received order.
It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received my package. Shipping #1Z7A377E0393557831. I didn’t have a lot of time and expected the parts at least by last week.

Nothing but the best
My experience purchasing from brembo, reiterates why they are at the pinnacle of their industry. Incredible experience, even with the refund process. Beyond thankful for the simplicity and ease of everything. I don't normally leave reviews, so this should show the level of appreciation I have for Brembos amazing customer service. Thank you.

Got wrong brake kit and had to pay 20% restocking fee, Was a waste of time emailing and playing waiting game for them to stop asking a million questions on my car and why I needed to return the parts. Wish it was a smoother process

We are very disappointed that you feel that you have had a 1 star experience. We shipped you the product that you ordered. The item is clearly listed with rotor sizes and many vehicles have more than one brake option. At no point did you contact us before the sale to get help to determine the correct rotor size for your car. The restocking fee is applied to reimburse us for the cost of shipping you product as shipping is included in the cost of your order. Again, very disappointing.
First order
I got my new brake pads in a timely fashion, and what I consider to be a fair price thanks
