This is my last order. I've check other highly recommended sites that are user friendly and product is equal to, and costs less money.
I love love love your product, BUT the confusing way the site is set up to place an order, and the inability to intunitively to back up to prior screens is frustrating and offensive. Each screen takes me to additional fees and new surprises should I accidiently think I'm getting a deal when, in fact a new fee gets added. This is my last order. I've checked other sights and will be moving on. Will not recommend any longer to friends.

It's not easy ordering on you website
It's not easy ordering on you website. I tried several times logging in with SHOP and each time it defaulted my order to the wrong flavor, and took off the discount. I finally just logged into your website, and I think I bypassed SHOP. I'm not sure since I was caught in the loop several times. You don't make it easy!!!
