Not new
The product was sent on time and customer service is excellent but the product was used . There were grease stains on the inside cardboard that held the number collector and small amount of soil and scuff marks although faint are there. It wasn’t a brand new product but it works.

Hi Felice We are very sorry to hear that the product looked used, Please note all of our products are being shipped in the same condition that we receive them from the manufacturer, and we don't open boxes to check on their condition. We are doing everything we can to avoid something like this from happening again.
