Do not order from here!!!! I placed an order with you guys in September but I just received it today October 21, you guys have not responded to any of my messages at all, you printed a shipping label but didn’t deliver the parcel to the post office until weeks later, to add insult to injury you have sent me the wrong product as well. Since you don’t reply to messages received I have no idea how to even imagine exchanging, an or getting a refund for the product. Do not order from here!!!!

Why on earth would you use USPS to deliver? You could have walked it here in the time USPS takes. I won't be ordering from you anymore because of the delay & the shipping price of 8.99. It averages out to more than just buying them at the smoke shop.
