Bulenox really dropped the ball in customer service this time. All they will do is the minimum service to get by instead of going the extra mile to keep their customers satisfied. This is why they are not in same discussions as the top prop firms. Very poor expierence. They can do better.
Very good prop firm. Reliable and fast payouts. So far, I have never had a payout request denied.

Bulenox has been the honest with me from day one. The rules are pretty straight forward nothing crazy. And if theres any questions they response with clear and concise responses, no subjective bs like the others. No denials so far. Like clockwork funds deduct from trading account Tuesday evening. Bank wire hits Wednesday morning. Best so far.
Bulenox is a great prop firm in my top list. They have very simple and straightforward rules that are easy to follow. The payout process is reliable, and payouts are guaranteed when you meet the requirements, which gives traders confidence and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience as they refused my payout they said that I have flipping days which is bullsith so they don’t accessor to get 700$ in a day and the next day breakeven so only few dollars they consider it flipping day
After passing the challenge and working on my account for 1 month and i know all the rules i got surprised by deleting my master account. I contacted the support but the reason is not clear like they just want to close the account. They said the problem in the payment of the data fees and i paid normally and they say we will refund the 148$ ( ofc 148$ better for them then a payout of 1500$).
I will never use this prop firm again 👎🏻

Very Reliable Propfirm, Always pays on time. Bulenox is on of the beast out there, Most new prop are doing 80/20, 90/10 Split but Bulenox pays 100%.
