Great customer service
Bought a case of MagTech 9mm 115 grain FMJ and started having occasional stovepipes. Never had this issue with previous 5K rounds (including MagTech) with this gun. Replaced all parts that could be an issue, still had problem. Contacted BulkAmmo CS listing issue and told them I just wanted to report the issue. They replied then next morning asking for additional information. Sent info, a day later they suggested I contact MagTech USA directly. Very responsive and addressed my actual issue. Great customer service. Been a customer since 2023.
Ordered on the weekend
Ordered on the weekend, arrived on Tuesday, can't expect any better than that. This was my second order from them. I had tried a different online seller, but came back to BulkAmmo for a reason.

First time I gave online ammo shopping a try. It was a great experience. The selections are plentiful and the prices are definitely better than the local stores and gun shows. Shipping and the way the whole sale process was excellent. Easier than going to the store almost as fast Great Job. I will be back in the future for sure.

Ammo was Superbly packaged
I received my ammo nicely packaged, great quality and price. The greatest part for me was Steve emailing to ensure I got my order. Honestly I was truly shocked to know that we have people who are still care for their customers. I truly appreciated this more than just receiving my ammo. They have a customer that will definitely revisit and share my experience with other gun owners I know.

I have been getting ammo from BulkAmmo.com and everything has always been perfect. On my last shipment, half the ammo was missing (no fault of BulkAmmo, but something probably down the road after shipment). I contacted customer service and they responded same day. The issue was fixed and the replacement ammo was sent. These people are great! I'll be a long time customer!

This company is absolutely awesome to…
This company is absolutely awesome to do business with. I ordered bulk .22LR ammo late in the afternoon and they shipped it out the very next day. I got tracking numbers and it was showing a Saturday delivery date. Saturday came and I got an email from the carrier saying the package was delivered. I knew immediately that it was delivered to the wrong address because the picture showing proof of delivery was not my house. I contacted them immediately and after they reached out to the carrier who admitted a delivery mistake the matter was taken care of and they promptly made it right by shipping a replacement order to me. Betty, God Bless You, this world would would be a nicer place if business people ran their companies like you and your co workers do. You really do put the customer first! Also they have an incredible selection of different caliber ammunitions and prompt shipping. Thanks! I'm always going to order from you in the future.

I ordered some ammo from them that wasn’t working properly. I wasn’t able to get around to requesting for a resolution until a few months later. Big mistake
Ordered 5000 rounds of MATCH 22lr. Shipped quickly. Too bad they didn't package it securely, even though I paid extra for an "overbox". 10 bricks in a big box with paper shoved in to fill the space. Shipment arrived with brick wrappers torn loose, individual boxes torn and broken and bullets damaged from slamming into each other. Filled out their online form. They claim the never recieved it. I smell cows. 5 emails and a telephone brushoff later, I took it to my CC company. All I want is to return this damaged garbage.
