Bundl takes the pressure off when going through an already stressful situation of seeking IVF. The money-back guarantee program allows the financial aspect to take a backseat and for you to focus on your body doing incredible things! This company has been nothing but helpful, supportive, and kind to us. I want to give a special shoutout to Katherine Williams, our Financial Operations Specialist. Katherine talked me through situations on more than one occasion, took her time, and made me feel like I was her only client. She was sensitive and understanding while being factual and giving us all of the information needed to make important decisions. During our first round with Bundl (before we met Katherine) I was so afraid to reach out with a question, not knowing how it would impact our program and the guarantees we were offered. Once we met Katherine (and Jess Benfari!) I felt confident in reaching out for their support at any time, knowing I would receive helpful and quick information back. Everyone at Bundl was great to work with. This is our 2nd attempt at IVF. The first time we decided against Bundl just because it seemed like a lot of money. In the end we only got one embryo which we miscarried at 11 weeks. I was devastated and wished so much that we had done Bundl so we would have another chance because the cost of doing another cycle was so much. Once we were ready to try again we decided to do it with Bundl to go in with a sense of peace knowing we have more than one attempt.

I have worked with Bundl for over a year and they have always had amazing customer service! They truly care about you as a person instead of just a number. Jessica Benfari has been so kind, gentle, and understanding about everything! They truly explain the whole process and what it means! They make IVF affordable for people paying out of pocket! Everything was smooth to initiate the BUNDL package. We just started our IVF journey so praying we end up with a baby, but it’s nice knowing if we don’t end up with a baby we get 100% of our money that we paid BUNDL back!

A dream come true!

Bundl is the best!
IVF is a really emotional, stressful experience, but the Bundl team is a bright point in a crappy process. Every single person we’ve worked with at Bundl is kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful. I’ve had really tight turnaround times between cycles and they’ve been amazing about helping me get things done very quickly. Because of Bundl we have a lot more financial runway than we originally thought we would as we try to build a family, and I cannot overstate the importance of taking that stress point out of the equation has been. Jess was the absolute kindest, most helpful + patient contact person.
