When I ordered the checks, I didn’t realize that one of the numbers for the accounts was wrong until it was too late. When I discovered from my bank, what it happened I needed to order new checks and when I called to place the order the lady was so kind and gave me a discount which I really appreciated. The only thing that I found trouble with was trying to order them online without the Assistance. It wouldn’t let me do that.

The order process was easy. Everything arrived in a timely manner.
The check images were cute as shown, but they were sent in a simple plastic bag mailer. There was damage in the edge of one of my packs of checks. It would be better if you sent in a cardboard box or at least a padded mailer.
The checks arrived quickly as requested for expedited shipping. Nice. checks. However, the one thing I did not like is the outside mailing packaging shows the company name. Checks are confidential and to avoid fraud the outside packaging should be plain with no company name just a return address or even just a zip code.
