Excellent product and customer service

Even though I am Canadian, I take the little bit of extra trouble to buy my laundry detergent sheets from Freddie, a small US based company. The reason is that their product is just a bit superior to the best available Canadian product of the same kind both in ecological advantages and in cleaning power. Delivery takes a little longer but is always reliable. Customer service is excellent. My questions have always been answered promptly and effectively. I did have a problem with one order - a box of unscented laundry sheets that arrived damaged. The sheets were melded together into a single block and could not be separated. I did not open the box until about 6 wks after delivery, and so was unaware. i notified the company as soon as I noticed the problem, and a very pleasant customer service representative had a new order sent out to me right away at no charge. The replacement product arrived today in perfect condition. I am extremely happy with this company and recommend them highly.

Great little sheets

Great little sheets, they work brilliantly but do follow the dosage instructions on the pack. Generally, I believed that, with other products, it could be excessive, but these are absolutely spot on.

Highly recommend!

I use the spring fresh sheets and they make the clothes smell so nice. It's easier to use a sheet versus a huge tub of liquid. I love saving the environment and if this is the way to go, I'm all for it.

Excellent product
