All attempts to reach the customer to understand their ordeal are thus far unsuccessful. We firmly believe this review is in error, because the review was posted on 4/15, a full day before their order was even delivered by UPS Ground (1Z3W519W0350015954) on 4/16.
It's not fair to proclaim "worst service ever !!!!" in a review when you've ordered online (not via customer service) and haven't even received the product yet to evaluate the shopping experience (product/service). At the time of their review, there simply was no service experience to even critique on our end.
The customer chose UPS Ground shipping. We are in NY, the customer is in CA. We shipped the product on-time and the customer received it exactly a week later, on-time for UPS Ground. We believe the customer is penalizing us for the normal 1-week wait of UPS Ground. While the wait is somewhat long, it's not our fault. We really wanted to hear from the customer to confirm, but they have not responded.
We take customer service very seriously. We even have a fully-staffed call center in NY with real people (friendly too!), not AI chat-bots or overseas call centers. Every order, no matter the size, includes a signed thank you card from our entire team and a bag of Jelly-Belly jelly beans, to show our appreciation for your order.
We were really disheartened to see this review, as it is not an accurate reflection of our company's care and commitment to best-in-class product quality and customer service, which is backed up by the dozens of 5-star reviewed experiences shown in Trustpilot.
I ordered the Amphenol CS-DSLSZH9MM0-005 9-Pin (DB9) LSZH Low Smoke D-Sub Cable (double shielded + EMI cage, male/male, 5 ft) for my Vincent PHO-701 phono stage.
The cable arrived quickly and is noticeably better built than the stock cable it replaced — nicer connectors, better shielding, and a perfect shorter length that reduces clutter. It installed easily and immediately gave me 100% black silence with no added noise or RFI.
Very happy with the quality and performance. Would definitely buy from Amphenol Cables on Demand again.

Awesome! When Ethernet Cables go bad, they don't just "stop" working, they start to act erratically, slow down link speeds, download fine, but upload slow, etc. It can be a nightmare to diagnose. Glad you tried one of our cables.
They continue to provide exactly what I need... both the product and service.

Full experience professional and easy but need to stock 4'lengths
4 stars actually as you do not carry the 4 ft lengths. Otherwise, website was easy, CS person was helpful, price and delivery reasonable, delivered on time as shown at order placement
I needed older style (9pin) VGA cables for an older device. I did not expect to be able to find one as easily as it was, and at a good price.

The company was great. They provided an immediate email response to the tax exempt submission, and sent a personalized thank you card with a pack of jelly bellys stapled to it. Some times it's the little things that make a company memorable.
