I've always appreciated Caddis Fly's service and quality. There are several shops here where I live but Caddis Fly usually has what I need. I would probably purchase more from them if the search engine on their website was more accurate, i.e., gave more specific results.

I usually buy directly from Howler Brothers, but these pants were on sale. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong size. I ordered a new size immediately. I messed up by not contacting Caddis right after receiving the first pair. Robbie was great to work with over the phone. They were polite and apologized, though they had nothing to apologize for, as it was my error and I should have contacted them immediately. I would definitely buy from Caddis again.

Great service from The Caddis Fly Shop as always. This time it was Robbie noting that I was ordering items for winter steelheading with only a few weeks left in the season, communicating with me immediately about items that were out of stock and getting my order out the door quickly. The selection is great (especially for tying materials) and the advice is always spot on.
Not your fault. The batch of purple feathers were crap. I understand dark colors are complicated but the batch i got was very oily, feathers stuck together or alot unusable. Hide breaking apart and loosing feathers not needed for project fly. No time for returns got to get to work but I would expect more from hairline.
