After ordering the gift basket which …
After ordering the gift basket which was to be delivered to a hotel, I was concerned as to making sure that it got into the hands of the guest I was sending it to. I called California Delicious and they were one of the most politest and pro-active vendors I've dealt with. They were able to contact the hotel and then call me back to assure me that the basket was delivered.
I would only recommend that they give a delivery date and approximate time instead of a ship date.

Perfect gift
The basket which I selected for my mom to be delivered for Christmas was absolutely beautiful she said . She really enjoys the gourmet balsamic vinegar and oil . The gentleman who deliver the basket came all the way up to the seventh floor where my mom lives, he did not just leave it he was absolutely wonderful wished my 90-year-old mother wonderful healthy Christmas and a happy new year thank you that was a very special touch .
I will keep you in mind for the future gifts that is a perfect perfect way to go

California Delicious saved Christmas!!! I sent the Taste of California basket to my Dad in Washington State, and accidentally put the wrong billing information in. They shipped it on time, two days before Christmas, and made sure it got to his front door, fixed the error through an email, and were incredibly professional and friendly. Thank you guys! He LOVED the basket and all the wonderful things it contained. You saved me!

I cannot stress this enough. My experience with California Delicious was WONDERFUL. We were going through a difficult time as I was shipping a sympathy basket. And a “sorry we are missing thanksgiving” basket. I manged to mess up BOTH orders. My brain was Swiss cheese that week. Luckily both Anna Consani and Lisa Consani caught my mistakes, and contacted me. They were so sweet and understanding. They got my orders to the right places and even covered the additional shipping costs. Who does that?! Thank you so very much CA Delicious. Especially Lisa and Anna for your incredible guest service!
