Paid extra for the cool packs
Paid extra for the cool packs. Chocolate came completely melted and ice packs were thawed and warm. Don’t ship in summer if you can’t keep product cool.
I received Haribo makes children happy!
I received my order in record time! And, I received the same candy we ate in Germany. We spent 28 years in Germany, both in the Army and civil service. I’m a big kid. My favorite candy I Haribo. Haribo makes children happy!
Very poorly packaged.
Very poorly packaged.. My candy bars and chips was all smashed and flat as they put soda on top of everything.. . Won't be buying again pretty upset kids.

If I could give 10 stars I would. All the candy I've bought so far has been so good. The chocolate box came with so much good different chocolates. I ordered a cool pack but was still nervous being from Oklahoma city and it's summer time but the cool packs worked well. No melted chocolates at all. I've ordered a few times since and have another order on the way. This is the only place I buy my snacks and goodies from now on. Yall have a customer for life!

The website was easy to browse and select. I got lost in the memory of candy and gum from childhood. I am 70 y/o it brought me back to 5 y/o . The prices are very good . It is apparent they are Not trying to take advantage of us. I was able to get everything I loved for under $100.US. Shipping was fast and arrived a day before promised. I will be ordering more as long as "the fascist" does screw that up. Pray for us . We love Canada. I'm so proud of your government and the people . God bless you all. 💜

My experience was great. They had what I wanted. And didn't have to wait a long time to receive my order. I would definitely order from them again.
Crazy slow shipping
I ordered $70 worth of candy 10/6/25, it shipped 11/6/25 but there were no tracking details for about a week. This candy was supposed to be picked up by a friend visiting the US however it took until 3/7/25 to arrive! Almost a MONTH! I wrote them but they said they couldn’t do anything so I ended up not getting my package picked up by my friend. Packages ship from Canada (this was not indicated at all on the site) and knowing that I would’ve ordered from somewhere else given the enormous amount of time needed to arrive vs USPS. Very disappointed.

Ordering online was easy! I liked the different filters, they helped me find products that I ended up purchasing. This is a neat place to shop for gifts for people too because of the unique variety of products that aren't available in town. Payment was simple, shipping was tracked easily, and packaging was top notch. I appreciated the heavier things being bundled together and at the bottom so other things weren't squished in there. 5 stars!
Even though I paid for a cold pack
Even though I paid for a cold pack, that ended up being too small to keep anything cold and was completely melted. My chocolate candies were all melted and stuck together in a big clump. I was very disappointed as my previous orders were wonderful.

I would leave 0 Stars if I could. The package sat on warehouses for 2 weeks and was a box of soup by the time it arrived and 100% inedible. I sent an email to the company, and after a few days the finally replied asking for pictures which I sent and include haven't heard back since. Total waste of money and I am Super Disappointed in the lack of care by the company.

This company never ceases to impress. I made my order one afternoon and it literally got to me within a couple days, without paying anything for expedited shipping or anything. I was so astonished I told everyone. Everything has always been great when using candy funhouse!
