Poor print quality on acrylic prints, unlevel mounting bracket
Poor print quality on acrylic prints. Multiple defects/dust particles between print and acrylic layer. Required re-print 3 times and still had issues! Also the aluminum mount on the back of the piece is not level, off by 1-2cm from either side. I contacted customer service regarding both of these issues which they assured me would be addressed by production team on re-print. Each re-print had the exact same issues repeated! Never again.
Reply from Canvasonsale.com2026-03-06
We're sorry about the repeated quality issues with your acrylic print. Dust particles and an uneven aluminum mount shouldn't have persisted through multiple reprints. We'll email you shortly to address this properly. Please share your order number if you haven't already so we can review what went wrong with production.

The order turned out pretty good
The order turned out pretty good. When trying to adjust the photo in the 8x8 I couldn't get it to fit correctly. The other thing was I had trouble getting the code from Groupon to transfer to Canvas on sale. I've had trouble with your site before.
Reply from Canvasonsale.com2026-02-13
We're glad the 8x8 turned out well! Sorry the photo adjustment tool and Groupon code transfer gave you trouble. We're working to improve the site experience at canvasonsale.
