Bought some water bar nipples and DIYed my own water system. Came with a link to a video from Matt that I wasn't expecting on how to install and troubleshoot any problems that was very helpful.

The guidelines were written very…
The guidelines were written very clearly and all parts went together and the process was great! The staff are awesome and always helpful.
Delivery was great
Delivery was great. Packaging was great. Instructions really need to be reworked. Several times we were told to use the wrong screws or attach something to the wrong board. Some instructions were detailed where others were very vague. We were also missing a handle for one of the windows. Screws were also labeled by someone who had the handwriting of a kindergartener and it was very hard to decipher. Other than the instructions being bad, missing screws and other parts, we love the coop and it’s very well constructed and designed.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback. we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad to hear that the delivery, packaging, and overall build quality met your expectations and that you’re loving the coop. We’re very sorry to hear about the confusion with the instructions and the missing window handle- that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Your feedback is incredibly helpful, and we’re actively working on improving our manuals to make them clearer and more consistent. If you’re still missing any parts or need anything at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team- we’d be more than happy to make it right. Thank you again for your support and for being part of the Carolina Coops family! 🐔💛
We ordered and the delivery was weeks…
We ordered and the delivery was weeks shorter the anticipated, everything was oin one pallet shipment, all numbered and fit was very good! I’m 75+ and put it together myself on 3 half days work. We added the Eco Coop to our present coop and it turned out to be just what we needed! Solid construction and the Chickens love the addition.
Always helpful customer service! BSFL review
Always helpful customer service!! I recently bought the Black Soldier Fly Larva… the quality was excellent and my girls loved them! They are grown in the USA!! I was buying BSFL from another company also grown in the USA, but they were darker, crispier/dried out more and didn’t seem as fresh! I will be buying them from Carolina Coops from now on❣️❣️
I don’t leave reviews often
I don’t leave reviews often, but Carolina Coops earned this one. The customer service was incredible! They took their time walking me through everything over the phone — from helping me choose the right product to offering thoughtful tips for my silkie flock. I’ll be a returning customer for sure, especially for their Premium Hemp Poultry Bedding.

Going Above & Beyond
Carolina Coops has gone above and beyond- not only with their amazing coops but also with their customer service afterwards. We had some issues with the heated watering system and reached out to CC. They responded right away, and kept trouble shooting with us until we were able to get it fixed. As new chicken owners, we had more questions about set up and again they answered all of our questions right away and checked in on us afterwards to see how things were going. I truly feel like CC's treats its customers like family. The coop itself is absolutely amazing and truly super efficient- from the heated water bar system, feeder hopper and deep litter system. It has allowed us to focus on enjoying our chickens and not just the upkeep. I highly recommend using Carolina Coops! It has been worth every penny!
