I have just started a loan. Made first payment. Yall pulled out another payment. I called and spoke with someone ant customer service and got a we are sorry. The money will be returned in 48 hours. Which has put me behind on other bills now. After 48 hours I called back and they connect me to the same person who helped me before and I get we are sorry let me check. Oh it is 48 business hours not just 48 hours. Sorry we have you the wrong information. Yeah the sorry is helping my credit on other bills I need to pay or gas in my car or food to eat. Once loan is paid off I will never get money from them again!!!
