**UPDATE** - (1.29.2026) - Kim Lutzyk with Cater Nation followed up in less than 24-hours to learn more about my experience that led to the review. Her genuine curiosity, professionalism, and obvious focus on customer service was exemplary. She clearly communicated the internal resolution that had been put in motion related to my feedback and even put me in touch with one of the owners, Kyle Brown. The extent to which both Kim and Kyle went in addressing the issue and ensuring my satisfaction were examples of what customer service done right should look like. Will gladly continue to do business with Cater Nation based on the standards to which they hold themselves, and their true commitment to customer satisfaction.

While fairly new to using the CaterNation service, all the instances have worked very well. The group order feature and managing the order is great. Updates via text from the driver, also appreciated.

There was a Kitchen issue with a vendor. Cater Nation was on top of the communication and created a solution to ensure our order was not delayed and accurate. They were easy to get in touch with.

This made finding someplace for my group lunch easier.
One thing I would like to add, is finding the check out button was a bit of a challenge. Maybe think about moving it to the account edit portion.
