I placed an order on Monday and paid for expedited shipping, which was stated to be 2 to 3 days. I received notification that the product would be delivered the following Monday seven days later I wrote multiple emails to the company asking why the product is being delivered seven days later as opposed to the 2 to 3 day expedited shipping and never received a response to my emails. As a result, the product was delivered to a location that I was no longer at nor will I ever return to. Hence, I did not receive the product. Julie

Very disappointed in shipping time
Very disappointed in shipping time. Not true to time chosen on checkout/shipping options. Ordered 12/1. Shipping choice was 4-7 days. Shipping went out on 12/8. Did not receive item till 12/15. This took 14 days!!! So basically double the time originally quoted.

Great customer service phone experience. Friendly, professional, and very helpful. I called because my shipment did not arrive and the tracking number did not work for me. Customer service representative was very nice and looked up the tracking number information and was able to tell me what dates and where my shipment was. It turns out that my shipment took a long indirect tour of the country before arriving to my local post office for delivery. Thank you for the great customer service experience.

Phenomenal service all the time!! My rescue Pitty that was abused has pain in his leg. This is the only CBD that helps him as I prefer more natural vrs what the doctor prescribed. Used them for years and I am extremely loyal due to the quality products and amazing customer service!! 👍🏻👍🏻
