Good quality invitations. Took off one star because they took much longer than the expected turn around, I'm pretty sure they forgot about them until I reached out to check in.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in turnaround time and understand how frustrating that can be. Your experience is important to us, and we will take your comments into consideration to improve our processes moving forward.

The two poster prints I ordered came out beautifully, and I really appreciated the fast shipping. However, one of the smaller prints was incorrect and had to be reprinted. They handled the reprint very quickly, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it did not arrive in time for the opening, when I needed it most. So I am giving 4 stars. One thing I still wonder is why the wrong version was printed and shipped, even though the final print file had already been confirmed. That said, the final quality of the prints was excellent, and I would still be happy to order from them again.
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that the quality of the prints met your expectations and that you appreciated our fast shipping. We sincerely apologize for the mix-up with the smaller print and understand how disappointing it must have been not to receive it in time for your opening. Your feedback regarding the printing error is valuable, and we will certainly look into why this occurred to prevent it in the future. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you again soon!
