I have been ordering products from CES…

I have been ordering products from CES for years and, notwithstanding a few minor glitches, have been quite satisfied. Good prices and fast shipping!

Really useful tools and accessories

Although my latest order was small it was delivered on time as promised - despite the Christmas mail slow down. products were as described, well packed and fit for task. Long time satisfied customer

I have purchased from CESDeals for several years and have never been disappointed. When I received these jewelers magnifying glasses, I thought they were incomplete when I received them. I wrote to customer service, and they explained very politely and clearly how to properly use the glasses as received. I'm very pleased with CESDeals customer service.

Customer Service above and beyond!

Based on my own limited knowledge, initially purchased an item from "Cesdeals", which was not needed. Upon returning that item, Customer Service (Freddie) contacted me directly and discussed my product problem. Shorter version ended up buying a converter box as the missing item needed originally.

Unokea metal signs

The Unokea 4 metal signs I received from my order, I was very happy with the quality, the individual wrapping, and the speed of shipping. I think they are extremely good value. However, it would have been nice to also receive free shipping to Canada.

Super quick shipping

Super quick shipping. The stickers were exactly what I ordered. They adhere pretty strongly. All in all I'm very pleased with my order and have sent others here too and I will happily order again.

8 month delivery delay

I ordered a Digital Meter on 7 Apr 2021 from CES. My account was debited immediately and my emails to them on 18 and 19 May were ignored. I have since bought another meter. There meter finally arrived 7 Nov 2021. Now sitting with 2 meters and am not able to contact anyone from CES

Useless Portable Oral Irrigator

Useless Portable Oral Irrigator. It arrived and I put it together carefully according to instructions. I filled the tank but the water does not come out the nozzle. The device does not work. I notified customer service but after several weeks have not reply from them. No phone # or address to return it. Not a responsible company.

Terrible company

Terrible company, products are not as pictured and their "return" techniques are scammy and wont return your full amount.

Absolute worse customer service

Absolute worse customer service. Took several days for them to respond to my messages and emails. Finally after getting in touch with customer service was unable to get order canceled. Don't worry however they are fast to process the payment, just not fast to do anything else.

The bike horn came and didn't work

The bike horn came and didn't work. They offered to replace it, will see if this one works. Otherwise I am quite satisfied with the prompt quick service.

Fantastic item, just what was needed. Great communications and A real 5***** service

They SUCK!!!

I ordered something from them and it arrived at JFK on August 9th I believe and cleared customs. And it still hasn't been handed off to the post office so it can be delivered to me. What I don't understand is what the hell takes them so long to hand it off to USPS for delivery. I sent them an email they said well wait till it's been 7days then we will look into it. I worked for a nationwide delivery company and if I handled a customer's package like this I'd be looking for a new job! And when I reach out to DHL they haven't returned any of my phone calls. If I would have known I was going to get treated like this i would have never bought the item from them. They are disgusting. I ordered something from the UK a cpl months back and it took that company 6 days and the package was delivered to upstate NY. Yes upstate NY in 6 days. These guys would screw up a wet dream!!

Do not deal with Cesdeals.....Je vous déconseille d'acheter via cesdeals

We have received our order and the delivered product doesn't work. After three attempts to contact customer service for an exchange or refund, their answer looks like : "Sorry, the return address is in China. Could you take it to your local repair agent to verify what the problem is? And get back to us, we will cover the maintenance allowances ... " I paid for a brand new product,not for a refurbished one. Very bad experience! 08/18/2021 @cesdeals I haven't received my refund, I'm still waiting ----- Nous avons reçu notre commande et le produit livré ne fonctionne pas. Après trois tentatives de contact avec service à la cliente pour un échange ou remboursement, sa réponse : "désolé, l'adresse de retour est en Chine. Pourriez-vous l'apporter à votre agent de réparation local pour vérifier quel est le problème? et revenons à nous, nous couvrirons les indemnités d'entretien..." J'ai payé un produit neuf pas réparé. Très mauvaise expérience!
