Buyer beware

Buyer beware! I have bought numerous things from Cesdeals, but recently purchased a multi-outlet phone charger for $17 that won't work at all. They have a link for service which promises a response within 24 hours. Now, after 5 contacts over a 2 week period and not a single response I have come to the conclusion that their "service" department is a complete lie. They won't take care of a problem. But the have my money. I have bought my last thing from them and I warn all others, you are rolling the dice if you buy from them. They are completely unscrupulous.

I initially had problems with delivery…

I initially had problems with delivery times, long Covid 19 times with the "blocked world", but finally I received the Go Pro drone propellers ordered at CesDeals.com because the price was inviting and so I tried and I am very satisfied with the quality, they are identical to the originals, also I have to acknowledge this courtesy and availability for all the times I have sent e-mails for information on the status of the order, they have always responded quickly in a very polite way, what which doesn't always happen with online shopping. My vote is 10/10 CesDeals is worth a visit, I am sincere!

UPDATE!! CESDEAL REFUNDS FULL PURCHASE PRICE. APOLOGIZED. Purchased 5 protective mask for kids and the straps broke. The kids mask were very cheaply made and Cesdeal wanted me to pay return shipping. Then, they would determine if the mask were inferior quality and issue a refund. The cost to mail back to China almost exceeds the purchase price. So I get their message. I have unsubscribe from emails, deleted the web site and no longer will buy from Cesdeal.

Do not buy from this seller. I bought a pair of dumbbell grips and a barbell pad and already passed 3 months and haven't received this items. Since already passed so much time, I asked for a refund and they will not gave it to me yet. Please be aware of this guys!

Endless spam from my ebay e-mail address

Purchased from Royal mail via Paypal and 1 hour later got a "welcome to Cesdeals" e-mail via my ebay account email. Don't know which company they got the ebay e-mail address from but the spamming hasn't stopped since. Now having to change my addresses.

Never order from this site. 100% scam. Unfortunately I saw these reviews after making the order. Sure enough my product didn't arrive as well. Do not go anywhere near this company.

Spent quite some money on this site. Right after that I saw the reviews here, and know that I made a cock up. Now after 2 months, the products still haven't arrived. Customer Service doesn't want to do anything about it whatsoever.

fellow your feedback from CESDEAL I want to say: Complain about Cesdeal follow your e-mail Just good excuse, I had contact them for more then 20 times, the answer was all ways -more 2two weeks- and no action. The last excuse : I have to wait for 30 of june for their claim with /carrier company. The customer, me, not will be part of their conflict, but just please read so many complains about CESDEAL. Every think is the customer fauls, no, CESDEAL after received the order and money have to delivered the item no keep the money in their account and give to customer stories. CESDEAL did not delivered so many products to people, and the keep going. Why you and another companies not stop the business with them. Personal I stop to buy from them and call to my related people do not buy from CESDEAL. Very bad service at CESDEALS

I ordered a camera for my vehicle in January and still did not receive it. I really battle to get any service and most of the time i get asked to wait just a little longer. Just over week ago, they asked me to wait just one more week and if the package did not arrive, they will refund me. Well, its been more than another week and they start telling me that the package has been delivered to our post office. They told me that 3 months ago as well. Obviously the package went missing but they don't want to do a refund and tells me all kind of stories. Half the time i get the feeling i am speaking to a bot and not a person. Very bad service and I will never order anything from them again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE. Rather buy from Joom, they even let you know if your package wasn't delivered on time and immediately gives you a refund...no questions asked! I order a lot from Joom and the only thing i can complain about, is their "library/stock room" They still working on their stock but you can find most your stuff you are looking for.

I bought a REMOTED PAN TILT and received it broken. Cesdeals has replaced it immediately within 3 weeks to my address in Europe. This is what I call a good service and reliable communication. Thank You, Mia.

51 days and counting...

I was promised 30 days maximum delivery. It has now been 51 days and counting. Still no sign of my package coming and all my attempts at communicating with them since day 30 have been met with a simple “please kindly wait a few days more.” I highly recommend NOT ordering from this site. Unless of course you hate your money and love to get really, really angry.
