2nd purchase from CheapLubes.
2nd purchase from CheapLubes.
Ordered 2 different items, shipped & received very quickly. One item was incorrect variant (water-based rather than hybrid). I e-mailed CheapLubes, they confirmed their error and immediately sent the correct item WITHOUT ASKING ME TO RETURN THE ERRONEOUS ITEM. Pretty unbelievable ! Replacement item was quickly received.
Real customer service from live human beings.
Highly recommend.

It means a lot to hear this is a product you keep coming back for. We’re glad it’s been a consistent favorite.
Looking forward to your next order!
Borderline miraculous how it took only two days to arrive after ordering. Product price was decent as well outside of the shipping fees. Five stars ✨

Great prices, service, and speed
CheapLubes does a great job by stocking a variety of sexual health items at competitive prices. Shipping and fulfillment are very prompt and in this instance, an item was on backorder and a staff member called me to offer a substitution or wait for restock. The order was only delayed about three days as I waited for the original item.

Amazing Service
Searching the site for what I was looking for was super easy. I goofed and ordered the wrong type of F#ck Water, I called Customer Service and spoke with Steve (I think that's his name) and he was very accommodating in making sure I got what I actually wanted. I will be using your site again in the near future.

I’m very pleased with the experience
I’m very pleased with the experience the only thing I would like is an option to change carriers, I don’t particularly like UPS.
Fun thing that my neighbors open the package before I could but I guess at least everything was there with nothing missing

On my tight budget
On my tight budget, I have a hard time justifying spending $100 on a bottle of lube. Cheap Lubes brought the price down to a reasonable $64. The product was immaculately packed, because lubes can leak, especially silicone ones. It was a day late, but I survived!

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY
Shipping is fantastic ….. quick & items are always wrapped to avoid damage. I really like CheapLubes’ descriptions of all their different products ……. it makes deciding on what to buy a lot easier. I had a problem with one of the products I purchased in my first order (MANUFACTURER FAULT) & CheapLubes replaced it quickly ……. you gotta trust a company like that. Prices are competitive too. I really like this company.

Always good service
I have bought things from this site a few times now and it's always been a positive experience. Items are reasonably priced and even cheaper than most places, shipping is also either cheap or free depending on what you buy and what delivery date you need, items always received in a timely manner without damage. Definitely will use this site again in the future and would recommend it to other people.
