This where's my first experience with Check City online and first Jerry and then Kenny were extremely courteous and helpful in assisting me in completing the loan! During a stressful time when I was in need of additional funding, the folks there were most helpful. Additionally, the rates are not extremely exorbitant. If I am ever in need of emergency cash in the future, check city will be my first choice.

Check City was easy to understand the process and fast sending money to my bank account. Also, when I forgot I got a new card in the middle of the month and forgot that funding wasn't coming directly out of my bank account, I noticed it had not been deducted and phoned the company. Customer Service was very nice in understanding and they were paid on the 2nd.

Application took only a few minutes. I was approved and received the money in my checking account in 2 min. after being approved. Whole process took about 10 min. from filling out the application information to receiving the money in my bank account. Couldn't have been easier. I'm very happy with my first experience here.
