I called with questions I had about paying my Payday Loan. I had applied for the loan online and if I could pay off loan by phone. I was informed that I could and went ahead and paid it off. My next question was could I then reapply for another Payday Loan with the same Rep.I was then informed I could either come in person or apply once again online which I had no problem with.I received assistance paying my loan and questions answered about the reapplying for another, all in a professional manner. What more could a customer ask for?

Mrs Ruth always helpful and courteous. Makes transaction easier to do. Always acknowledges customers when they walk in the door. She let's them know it'll be a minute if others are in there. She's usually working office by herself. Her customer service skills are 5star.

Check Into Cash is extremely great place for payday loans. The process is fast and even offers line of credit. The customer service is also extremely helpful, awesome, amazing processing of paperwork and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and family should they need financial support.

I have been using Check into Cash for a couple years now and it's always been a great experience. Not only can I get a payday loan when I am in a pinch but helping build my credit with a revolving credit account. The Manager Adriana is the best. Would highly recommend.
