The best Dentist & Clinic!
I’ve been coming to the Chelsea Dental Clinic for a while now and coming to the dentist has become so enjoyable from the Front of House Mary, Rachel & Sasha who are always so lovely and welcoming To my Dentist Rhona who is so talented knowledgable and calming understanding exactly what I want And just fairly recently my Hygienist Soha who is amazing I look forward to every appointment and to be honest wish I could see them more often!

I recently came in for a consultation…
I recently came in for a consultation with Dr Rhona and it was amazing! Everything was explained very perfectly and I felt very confident and comfortable. Rachel, the lovely treatment coordinator, was very helpful and ensured me she will be there to answer questions every step of the way- just what I needed to hear! She also offered finance options to make my treatment more affordable- which is very helpful. I would highly, highly recommend!
Is there such a thing as a good root canal treatment?
After getting in touch with Dr Rhona about a toothache she ensured that I was booked in that same day to be seen. My appointment was with Dr Aram for a root canal consultation. After he had a look at the tooth he confirmed that a root canal was needed and that he could perform the treatment right away. I was incredibly nervous as I had heard many horror stories, but Dr Aram and his dental nurse Austeja both assured me that I was in safe hands. During the procedure I didn’t feel a thing at all as Dr Aram had numbed the affected area. The entire procedure took over an hour to complete and throughout it Austeja asked if I was ok. I cannot recommended Dr Aram enough for the successful treatment and for being so reassuring. Chelsea Dental Clinical never fails to impress me.

Gone are the days I would hide my teeth or half-smile awkwardly...all thanks to Rhona and her wonderful team. I feel a new lease of life in presenting myself- whether with friends, for a new job, or on a date. I have seen Dr Rhona for my composite bonding for about 3 years and honestly I would never go anywhere else now. Chelsea dental clinic has a friendly staff upon arrival at reception who make you feel relaxed and welcome straight away. Dr Rhonas work is outstanding she prioritises the health of your teeth above all else and that’s how you know your always in the safest hands, I trust her completely and always leave with a perfect smile, Thank you Rhona! ☺️
By far the best dental experience
By far the best dental experience I have had. Dr Rhona is a shining example of what pride in your work looks like and can achieve. Her passion for dentistry is clear, my appointment was not rushed and she listened and understood what I wanted, she couldn’t be more patient and friendly. I had composite build up on 6 teeth (I have had quotes and mockups done elsewhere and the experience has made me realise how good Dr.Rhona is!) the results are impeccable, THE most natural looking teeth, I am so so happy, it’s exactly what I was after. Don’t look elsewhere, just book an appointment here!

Dr Richard Pollock and the team at Chelsea Dental Clinic are outstanding. Amazing dental treatment, amazing customer service and amazing after care. I used to be petrified of dentists until I saw Dr Pollock, I was made to feel at ease and my treatment plan was explained in great detail so I knew and understood every step of the way. I can’t thank you enough and I’ve honestly not stopped smiling.
Rhona is the best dentist I’ve been to!
Could not have had a better experience with Dr Rhona! My teeth are beyond better than anything I could have ever wished for, they are perfect. Rhona made me feel so comfortable and is such a friendly and lovely person. If you want your teeth doing Rhona is your girl, could not recommend her more!

Londons best dental surgery bar none
Honestly, these guys are just phenomenal. To the extent I live in Camden now and still travel to Chelsea to go to the dentist - it's worth the travel - even in the pandemic! Dr Rhona Eskander has THE BEST attitude, wit, energy, and expertise, I recommend her to everyone! My teeth are straighter and whiter and better than ever before and the way she communicates what to expect and when really helps manage my expectations!
Avoid
Disappointed. When you book your visit you prepay for your consultation without a word it might go up drastically. After 1st consultation paid extra. I was sure it was for the XRays I was referred to do. What was my suprise when after a few days I asked what was it for. Got a reply and summary of all what I was charged for when I had my consultation with the replay date on The date was wrong, my signature wasn't there plus I wasn't mention any bit what they are charging for (while my visit) and if I'm ok with it. Got a reply apparently I agreed after discussing everything with a doctor Richard what a disgrace. I know English isn't my first language but I do understand it pretty well. I got taken advantage of clearly. Be careful; before booking anything and going even for your consultation ask whatever you can as you might be charge for literally nothing without a word. No respect to the customers whatsoever.

Dear Iwona, We have reviewed your complaint and checked the details that you have provided. We note that you came to see Dr Richard earlier this year. Upon the initial examination Dr Richard provides a comprehensive consultation for patients and obtains verbal consent to take further records. Costs are always explained before the records were taken. Records reflect this was the case. You sent an email a few weeks later querying the fees and it is noted that our practice manager outlined all the fees in a detailed email. This is always explained to you in surgery by Dr Richard with his nurse present and you agreed to the treatment and booked your next appointment. The price list was also attached. We apologise if you feel this was not explained fully and we will feedback to Dr Richard.
