This company is not very professional. They seem to care more about money than providing good service. I placed an order and still haven't received anything. It's a complete farce. I believe in trusting customer-provider relationships and expect honest and transparent service, but this company has not lived up to that.

I agree with negative reviews on here. DO NOT TRUST the positive reviews. I placed an order over 3 weeks and no response. Look up my order on their website, cannot be found. Email to them and they also cannot find it. After 3 days back and forth trying to proof my order they finally found my order. When I say I want to cancel they play a game stating I will be charged restocking fee. I am disputing with PayPal. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. Disputing with Paypal also not easy.

Very patient and helpful with the really special item that I ordered with a custom touch! It was a necklace that was so special to me and it came to me perfect! I highly recommend them because I have tried other companies, and they say yes they can do, then take your money and disappoint you.
