If I could give less than 1 star I would. Shockingly bad clothing. Poor quality, barely resemble the advertised picture. Not fit to wear to anything. Terrible customer service. No refunds offered on acceptable terms. They offer a new item for just the delivery. That's how poor the quality is. Avoid at all costs. Worst company ever. SCAM company. Buy local. Please don't fall for this scam.
This company is an absolute SCAM. Their “14 day hassle free returns” is non existent. The dress was not made of satin, it did not have a “silk fishtail”, was made of rigid/stiff CHEAP material and did not fit. And it had an odor. I’ve already repackaged the return and will not be taking measurements (their request) as that is ridiculous for a “hassle free return” policy. They refuse to provide a return label, emails are in broken English and grammatically incorrect. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!
This company has false advertising about its return policy. This is what is on the website: 14-Day Easy Returns If you're not satisfied, return your item within 14 dats for a smooth and simple process. My dress was cheaply made and did not fit around the waist and neck and they refuse to take it back and refund me.
This company is a SCAM. I ordered a lace bodice with satin bottoms bridal jumpsuit- website says shipping directly from their Everett warehouse. What I received was a cheap knock made of sheer and glitter ( glitter wasnt even listed in the description or website photos) sent from China. I emailed the company about the quality discrepancy which they said was a personal preference and stand behind their quality , DO NOT ORDER. I purchased the extra hassle free “seel return” who didn’t even respond to my email concerns.
Do not order from this company; no return possible! The dress was beautiful on website; however the material is cheap and the size completely different than in website; I have sent now 10 Emails with proof that the size was wrong( including requested pictures), still they only offer a rebate or change on my cost! Ridiculous cheating! Do not trust the ratings on their own website

You website worked well on my phone, but on my laptop, it froze continually. The size chart didn't display all the sizes you were offering. Your customer services didn't respond to my enquiry about this. Your gowns and jumpsuits are phenomenally beautiful and stunning. I've been looking for outfits for an indonesian wedding for 8 months Your site has blown me away. But I think your site couldn't cope with Black Friday. This is why I gave you 4 out of 5.
