I have been a customer for a few years. The cigars I order are always fresh the shipping is always on time.I experience one problem and customer service handle my complaint like I mattered.will continue being a customer and I tell all my friends that smoke cigars about your company.
The communication is very prompt and the shipping is good but could be more timely. The Isla del Sol cigars are so enjoyable. However, many of them burn poorly and unevenly from start to finish. If the manufacturer would address that one flaw the rating would increase dramatically in my opinion.

I was trying you out for a new Florida supplier for some of my cigars. You offered me a $10 off of a $50 minimum order. I created a $56+ order and applied the coupon code for the $10. You only gave $6+ discount. So I tried to chat. You're closed and no one will answer until the next business day. Then, on the next day I get a phone call from a strong accented lady claiming she's from your store and wants a copy of my drivers license to verify my age. I am 61 yoa and absolutely not providing my private personal information to someone I do not know or trust. I said to cancel the order and don't worry about me. Apparently, she was part of you, because I did receive notice of the cancellation. I have bought cigars from many different online stores and have never been asked to provide personal information. I won't! If you do truly need it, then you should ask for it in a secured https: website when the order is placed. But, you do not need it, as no other cigar store online has needed it.

While we use a 3rd-party software called Veratad to age-verify our customers, it is not a perfect system, so further verification, such as obtaining a copy of an ID, may sometimes be required to complete this process. I do apologize for any inconvenience this process may have caused, but it is a requirement for us to remain in business as a cigar retailer, unfortunately.
Great deals and customer service was fast to get my order out even though I had to verify my age. Order arrived ahead of time because they were on top of what was needed. Unfortunately too many products are out of stock. Theres really no excuse especially if its the premier higher end items. When i look up to see a stick and 8 out if 10x you dont have it im immediately gone to another site. Newer items are not as important nor are cheap crappy sticks or bundles that nobody wants anyway. I could educate the entire staff as im 30+ years of cigar experience daily. Respect !
Your sales people are consistently easy to deal with and fair within their means. Review my account and you will see a long term consistent buyer with what I would think be o a larger than average order. Today’s order at my persistent request was discounted an additional 10%. Friends consistently tell me of the great deals they receive from other sellers, I have not explored any, I like dealing with your company and don’t like change. Well done Cigar Place. I initially had difficulty with placing the order due to an issue with my bank that blocked the transaction for security reasons because I had no previous purchasing history with Cigar Place. When this was sorted out, there was another issue and over the course of three emails, Joyce remedied the matter. Good customer service from Joyce.
