The service was fast. My product came sooner than expected and the ordering process was very easy.
We’re so glad to hear your order arrived quickly and smoothly! Thank you for choosing CLEARALIF — we truly appreciate your support. 💚
Amazing product at a great cost!!
Customer service is exceptional! I like the product too.
I really enjoy using these laundry and dryer sheets. Not only do they leave my clothes smelling fresh every time, but it’s also great knowing they’re environmentally friendly. It’s a win-win for my laundry routine and the planet!
Easy purchase experience, shipped quickly, had a wonderful sent and cleaned my Laundry well.
Package arrived quickly, saving me from having to use liquid detergent. Your product seems to do a good job of getting my clothes clean and I love the fresh linen scent.
Used to buy these from Amazon but glad I can get them direct now!
Customer service was quick and helpful, and I love the product. The lavender scent is very light but long lasting.
Terrible customer service! I've tried canceling 3 different ways... email, website and chat... all were ignored.
I love this companies products, that we can direct order from them, and that they have subscriptions available on their website. Thanks!
I love your product and had been buying through Amazon. Im glad I made the switch to ordering directly!
Besides an order confirmation and several emails about subscribing, I did not receive a shipment confirmation and no response to my email inquiry about it. Poor customer service. The package did arrive about one week after I ordered. Not bad turnaround time. The packaging is flimsy. One box arrived broken open and so far there’s nothing outstanding about the product. Overall, I’m not impressed with this brand.
You sent the wrong item, and I have contacted you with no reply several days later. I ordered the fabric softener sheets, and you sent the laundry sheets. I need you to contact me and get this resolved please. Pamela Hare
I ordered, they delivered. At least there is no plastic pollution involved with their laundry detergent.
Great product. Great shipping. Despite being glass, it arrived well wrapped and protected. The item is very nice.
Love this product. Great to use and better for the environment
This product is a hard working clothes cleaner! No microplastics and I can buy it directly from the company at the same price as Amazon. I feel good knowing the company is getting the funds and not Jeff Bezos.
We LOVE this product in our household we have a cat a dog and a 4 year old. We were searching for something that was environmentally friendly, but also cleaned the clothing and made the smell amazing Clearalif is that product. We are also absolutely over the moon that it is on your webiste, and with a subscription option!!! Thank you!
We’ve been using the product for a few years. I love that it takes up a very little space on the shelf, and that I can easily travel with it. I really like that it uses no plastic and has a smaller environmental footprint than conventional laundry detergent. At about 11 cents a load, it gives me a huge cost advantage over Tide or other detergents. We like the unscented version. Occasionally I will use other, tougher detergents on some stains–but Clearalif makes most of our laundry chores a breeze. It even saves me time when adding detergent to the washer. It was easy to order and track on their website and through email and text updates as it was shipped. I was able to buy directly from the company. We wanted to support the company rather than Amazon because Clearalif is shouldering the good work to get this product out to us consumers. I know at this point I’m sounding a little sappy, but thanks, Clearalif team!
