Horrible customer service stay away
Horrible customer service stay away. Install nightmare. Drawers are different color than rest of closet. Called 4 times since install date. Zero call backs Zero answers on problem. Unauthorized credit transaction taken without authorization. This company is a mess. Waited 4 months for a job done wrong. Now no answers on fixing the issue.
Dear Mike, We have gone through our database and show that you did many years ago contact us for a design consultation but you did not purchase from us. If the contract is under a different name please contact us with the correct name and order number. We think you have purchased from a different company. Please review the paperwork and contact them.
