Excellent service and super fast delivery!
I ordered 15 shirts and the order was short one. I let them know and the missing item was shipped out the same afternoon the original shipment arrived. Excellent service for sure. Not to mention the order arrived only three days after placing the order.
My Gildan Shirts
What made my experience great is that I hadn't ordered from Clothing Authority in awhile due to the fact my tee shirt business have slowed down but when I placed this order I received it extremely quick, wrapped very neatly. I always use Gildan shirts because they are preshrunk, I received a free Next Level tee shirt which was very nice.
I’m very pleased with the Customer…
I’m very pleased with the Customer Service from Clothing Authority! I order and receive my T-Shirts within a couple days. The only unfortunate thing is that I’m a very small business and at times I don’t need to order enough to get free shipping. Because of this I have to buy elsewhere and I’m not happy with the merchandise…it’s not comparable to what I order from Clothing Authority.
Great service with Clothing Authority
I have had great service with Clothing Authority. I always order from this company because their turnaround is amazingly quick. I'm a small business and I sometimes make orders only to find out someone changes their order and I need a few more. Unfortunately, this is difficult because I have to pay shipping if a small order. Otherwise I'm extremely pleased with the customer service!
Always on Point, Brand selection styles, colors and turn around time
I have been ordering from Clothing Authority for several years now. CA carries a wide variety of Brands and Styles. I have several clients who are larger sizes, and I never have any problem finding the colors I need in those sizes. The quality of the clothing is always on point, and it wears and washes well. It never fails, clients are always needing last-minute orders, and CA is always there to rescue me. I order, and usually have it by the next day or the day after.
