They didnt tell me that I need the TRUE1 ADAPTERS because without that the showmaster is not functional. Now I´m in Ecuador and I need the plug and I don´t have the way to get it. Also if someone knows a oficcial place in Ecuador that I can get thjeb adapters I will be really appreciate it.

Bought three cables from Club Cannon. One cable I wanted to return due to intermittent connectivity. They put me through 20 questions then I finally said I just want to return the cable and get a refund. They sent me to their return policy which clearly states you're not getting any refund. This is word for word copied from their website: RETURN POLICY At all times, the purchase price of the Products shall be nonrefundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may, in its discretion, accept the return of a new, unused Product in re-saleable condition subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee and payment by the purchaser of all shipping charges associated with the return of the Product to the Company. All returns must be received by the Company, within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the Company determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the returned Product has been used, no refund shall be issued to the purchaser.

Despite our policy stating that purchases are non-refundable except at our discretion, we provided an RMA and stated, “Upon receipt of the return and confirmation of the manufacturing defect we will refund your payment method for the purchase price.” If you still wish to return the cable for inspection, that option remains open — please feel free to reach back out, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of if there is indeed a defect.
