There has been some major contusion with Customer Service.…
There has been some major confusion with my order #725735 and it is yet to be resolved. I don’t like the fact that I can not talk to ANYONE nor will anyone call me back after I request a call. It takes more than and effort dealing through emails and can create more confusion.

The discount was good and the choice of customization was good as well to build to my spec The website once you get familiar with it for gun choice and accessories was not that difficult to maneuver although my order cart timed out a few times in the process of learning it LOL Looking forward to receiving my purchased items
The purchase of your group upper…
The purchase of your group upper appears to be superior to others I've seen . The only thing that I don't see in the description of the group upper that i purchased is the compatibility of it with other AR-15 manufacturers group lower assemblies . I hope to pair this dissent group upper with a colt AR-15 milspec group lower . I am elated with the fact that I'll now be able to aim an AR-15 right handed and Left eyed . By dropping the stock down thus allowing me to lower my head down to aim the riffle with my Left eye and shoot right handed . This will be a game changer for me and others that currently can't aim and shoot an AR-15 riffle because of this handicap . At least in theory but most assuredly will accommodate me , being blind in my right eye .
Easy purchase thank you
First time CMMG Customer.
Super Easy Quick Checkout. Online AI answered my questions. Really looking forward to a non direct blowback PCC. My only complaint is I was too slow, and missed Charcoal Green.

'Shipping Address' field locked
Trying to edit the "Shipping" address field at the top of the order page, became so frustrating, that I ended up leaving information in the address that is sensitive, and if I could have, I would have edited it out. It seemed to be a circular path that always brought me back to the information that was in the system under my name.
