Rory helped me with the purchase of my first condo in 1992 and sale in 1999 as well as the subsequent purchase and sale of our first house in 1999 and 2017 respectively. Rory and Team were great to work with and always responsive to our requests and needs.
They were very helpful throughout the process: 1. They helped us prioritize any renovations/remodeling/redecorating for the cost benefit and impact on sale of house. 2. Once ready to put up for sale, they helped clarify furniture/ accessories to be removed and staged each room, 3.Their extensive photos were AMAZING, truly showing the house inside as well as outside as well as the landscape in a dramatically positive view. 4. In the midst of Covid, they helped determine an effective time to begin showing our home. 5. The delay enabled us to realize a 17% increase in selling price. 6. We had a buyer at full price with no contingencies within 4 days. 7. Before having us accept the offer, they reviewed the qualifications of the buyer. 8. We had a successful closing with no delays.
