when I did it. I didn’t get any and when I tried to ask them for help because it was the wrong username they didn’t make their instructions very clear and I didn’t understand what they were saying. So it’s pretty much a scam

they advertised a outdoor seat with under seating storage so i purchased the item imaging my surprise when it never turned up .apparently the company said it had been delivered .imagine my surprised IT HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED . i had no date of delivery ,no time .didnt know who was delivering the item ,no correspondence from the company.then out of the blue more surprises , i hadnt purchased a bench apparently i had purchased coins so as to spend on there site £38 .61 odd number? defered the matter to paypal they checked it out and they said the item had been delivered and sided with the seller DOH.thats how usless paypal are .so people when when you buy from this company of shisters take a pic of what you are actually purchasing

It's amazing app or company but there is something disappointing me about the fees it gets 30 egp but I thought it would talk hours or maybe days to charge my valo points but when I just send the money the valo points automatically transferred to my valo account so I would think that fees compared to the service is amazing
