Dear Codashop, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a Garena Shells code that I recently obtained. After trying to redeem it, I was informed that the code is not supported in my country. This situation is extremely upsetting. I spent my time and money expecting to use this code, only to find out that I cannot redeem it because of a regional restriction that I was not clearly aware of beforehand. As a customer, I feel let down and disappointed. I respectfully ask that you review my case and, if possible, provide a solution such as exchanging the code for one that is valid in my region or offering another fair alternative.
