You'd better take another exchange. Here you should submit handwritten KYC documents which will then be rejected. A very bad service. I went to another exchange and passed the KYC check there without any problems.

This is most likely a scam
I don't know what's going on here, but after using it for a couple of days I'm under the impression that this exchange is a scam. Cannot verify their reserves and not a crypto regulated exchange in Singapore. Be wary.
