cant transfer info to turbotax desktop. Only works on online versions of turbotax. that will require another purchase... waste

Most of all it saves you hours and hours of work if you are a crypto trader and have hundreds of transactions a year. Plus, it integrates with multiple tax services and software. I use H&R Block, and it integrates into their service with ease.

Their customer service is great but I had a private wallet and a Samsung I phone and couldn't enter my 12 word passcode because Android I phones won't let you type two seed phrase words per line and tab down after that. So I contacted Coinbase customer service and they stole $14,000 from my private wallet. So I don't think I will buy bitcoin again.

I have multiple exchanges on Cointacker.io. Coinbase, Uphold, Caleb & Brown & Base. You give them "Read Only" permission to track you digital Assets. When you make a new buy, it automatically is added to your account and you receive a daily email with updates and your total value of all assets. I used Cointracker.io last year and everything went smoothly. I continue using Cointracker.io Very Happy.

Devin made a huge project workable. Customer service was top notch. I had used the full service program and had a lot of tax catching up to do. Devin was alongside 100% of the time to make sure the undertaking went forward smoothly, converting files and helping me understand how to get the various csv files, api wallets to sync up appropriately. I'd used other programs in the past and gave up as when things didn't work, they would just say "oh well". Devin and cointracker, instead made sure to trouble-shoot until the problem was resolved.
