Shipping was fast, contacts were beautiful and came with free case and tools. The contacts are high quality and very comfortable for my sensitive eyes, I was able to leave them in for several hours after soaking them. I highly recommend them for dark brown eyes for a highlight effect that is subtle but still noticeable.

Very impressive contact lenses! They're the most realistic pattern I've ever worn, and I have tried just about every colored lens made. I got both prescription and non power lenses, and have worn them for as long as 12 hrs with no issues. Very comfortable and clear vision. I would 100% recommend this brand.

Shipping said 9-15 days it only took 7 ! Very happy with my purchase. I bought two pairs I thought wouldn’t cover my dark brown eyes at all but you can’t even tell I have brown eyes anymore! They’re very vibrant and They didn’t burn my eyes out the packaging and are very comfortable I fall asleep in them sometimes lol. Great quality and if you’re a member great rewards as well.

First time buying contacts with them. Loved the lenses. My eyes are sensitive and these were super comfortable and realistic. I bought the muse brown and I love how natural they look. Let me tell you how I decided to try Coleyes out for the first time and I thought if I’m gonna purchase, I’m gonna go big so I ordered 3 and when I tell you that I love them, I am so happy with my purchase. Customer service sent me “proof of delivery” photos, which actually showed the package had been left in the wrong building next door( a building I do not have access to) Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, they asked me to keep searching for the package and contact the courier myself. I checked everything on my side and explained multiple times that I cannot access that building, but I still felt like the responsibility was being pushed onto me. Mistakes happen, but asking a customer to recover a package delivered to the wrong place is not acceptable. Very frustrating experience and I would not order from them ever again.

I have been a loyal Coleyes customer for a long time and have purchased many lenses over the years. While I generally like the products when they are manufactured correctly, I have ongoing concerns about quality control and customer service. The main issue is that some lenses arrive with what appears to be a manufacturing defect. Visually, the lenses look perfect and show no obvious damage, but once inserted, the vision through the optical zone is extremely blurry and unusable. This issue only occurs with certain lenses, while others work perfectly fine under the same conditions. What is most frustrating is the claims process. As a long-time customer who purchases a significant amount of product, I would expect a more customer-friendly resolution process. Instead, every claim turns into an endless cycle of emails, requests for photos, explanations, and additional proof. Since the defect is not always visible to the naked eye, it is often impossible to provide the type of evidence they request. After all the back-and-forth communication, the issue frequently remains unresolved, and I end up losing money on defective lenses. This suggests there may be a recurring quality control issue that is not being properly identified or corrected. The same types of defects continue to appear in certain lenses. My most recent defective lens was the K-eyes blue lens. It is one of the most beautiful lenses I have ever seen in terms of color and appearance. Unfortunately, despite how stunning it looks, the vision through the center viewing area is so blurry that it cannot be used comfortably. I continue to purchase from Co-Eye because the lenses that are manufactured correctly are excellent. I got so many compliments saying they fit me, look natural, and were majestic. They are very comfortable and soft. The lenses come with a case and some tools to help with application and taking them off overall a great experience and the best lenses I could’ve got. I got Dawn grey green.

They are brilliant with many colours and variations from real life like to cosplay lenses. I've never shopped all felt the need to shop anywhere else. They have everything I need and are very comfortable to wear. Once I've put them in I don't feel them and they never move from my pupil and iris unless I rub my eyes vigorously and it's never because of the contact. The delivery service was quick and the flash sales are great and the quality of the lense itself is too tier, soft, flexible and easy to put in. I could not rate them higher
